subracting time from date/24 time field

Hello,

I was wondering if someone can help with a formula to subtract time from a field that has a date and a 24 time. I need to subract 7 hours from this date as a whole. So for example if it is:

21/9/2019 12:00:00 it would turn to --> 21/9/2019 5:00:00

20/9/2019 01:00:00 would turn to --> 19/9/2019 18:00:00

I've attached the file that I am working.
