Do you know of any reason why an Excel Filter would keep picking up the last line of data when it's not part of the filter.
I've checked for : blanks, subtotals, formulas, hidden columns.....and nothing....everything is good. The data that I am working with has been copied and then Paste Special - Values into another worksheet. The last line/row number is always grayed out, whereas everything in the active filter is blue. I am not sure what it is carrying over that would cause the filter to show that last row of data that doesn't belong to the active filter. If I put a dot/period in the next row after the last row of data, then that works. But I shouldn't have to do that.
Any insight or wisdom is much appreciated!
