PowerQuery to detect count of out of stock inventory days for items

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well!...I am getting daily vendor feeds from my vendors and trying to look at the data for couple of days put together...I have attached 4 separate days of data from the vendor with each day having the MPN and the quantity for that MPN... I am trying to create a table which I have attached as a output file where i am trying to detect MPN's that have been in stcok initially and then went out of stock..Also I am trying to count the number of days of out of stcok ...

Also while trying to choose the MPN's i want to select those that been in stock atleast 30% of the number of days of vendor files in consideration..For example if I am looking at 10 days of vendor files then that MPN should have been in stock for atleast the first 3 days ...

Can you please help building a powerquery that helps pulls in the data from different days of vendor files and chooses the MPN'S and count the number of days of out of stock...
