formula =VLOOKUP(date, table, col,FALSE) to pull data from multiple colums and rows

I'm gathering data from an instrument that saves all that data once every 10 days as .csv file.
Data recorded in the file... Date&TIME,VOC, AQS, TEMP, HUM, PRE, PM1, PM2.5, PM10, LAT, LON
Data is recorded every minute of every day resulting in about 1400 records per day.

What I want to do is take all the data from VOC, AQS, TEMP, HUM, PRE, PM1, PM2.5, PM10, LAT, LON columns for a specific day and move the output to another Sheet that will display min and max values for that day.

Any advise or help would be appreciated.
