Hi All,
Looking for Excel help. I need a plant approver to be my return value. I'm looking at a dataset with 2 things - plant approvers for each plant, and plant approvers between values of POs.

Probably you need something like this, to return value if falls in range, but as Ali said, you need to provide some examples:
=INDEX('Approvers-May 15, 2019'!$E$2:$E$22, SUMPRODUCT((A2<='Approvers-May 15, 2019'!$D$2:$D$22)*(A2>='Approvers-May 15, 2019'!$C$2:$C$22)*(B2='Approvers-May 15, 2019'!$A$2:$A$22)),0)

Basically the formula needs to show who the plant approver would be - taking into consideration the plant, and the different levels of PO authority for different approvers.
