Compiling a staff rota of names from a table array containing names assigned as letters

Hi there, I am struggling to work out what formula would be suitable for the output table such that it reads the letters in each cell of the input table, retrieves the relevant name from the assigned letter from the reference table and then prints
the names into the output cell (this could be one or multiple names depending on who is working.) see an attached example....

Thanks in advance for your help!
