Auto-populate Column based on Drop-down Selection

Hello all,

I'm trying to put together an Excel Table that auto-populates columns based on values selected from a Drop-down list.

If you look at the attachment, what I would like for this table to do is auto-populate the Projects Column based on whichever Programme is selected in cell B2, from the corresponding list in the Lists tab.

More importantly, given that some programmes have more or less Projects than others, I would like the data in the table to not repeat once it reached the end of any particular list.
