Extract String from comma delimited list in cell

Hi.....First time poster

I know similar questions have previously been asked, but I cannot find a solution that quiet solves my issue.

I have the above basic layout.

Is there a cell formula that will search Column A, and return the values (as an array?) from Column B; where Column A contains either "All Pages", or a specific Page, ie "Page B"

The solution I currently have involves splitting the values in Column A across numerous columns, and having INDEX SMALL looking down those columns individually, which has been ok so far while I only have a limited number of entries in each cell......but now I am getting to the point where Column A potentially contains up to 20 different "Pages"

Any help is greatly appreciated.
