Welcome to the forum
Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.

So in Tray section there could be multiple letters that represent same letters I have in rows if I have a piece off equipment that uses several trays I want it to put the result of OD in each designated cell.
Have no idea what you are trying to show us. You will need to explain in detail where the values in the cells are coming from. We here at this forum are pretty good at Excel, but are really terrible at mind reading.
If you notice rows I-Q have single letters for each row.
Ok so cell B3 will haveone of these letters or could have more then just one. What I want is for each row with the letter search for its letter in cell B3 if it finds the letter then show the result of cell H3. If it doesnt see the letter then it stays empty.

Sorry to bother everyone but I was able to figure out the formula I needed after doing more research thank you for looking at my problem though. I ended up using this formula =IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("A",B3)), H3, "").
Thanks for letting us know.
If that takes care of your original question, please select Thread Tools from the menu link above and mark this thread as SOLVED. Thanks.

Ok so I thought I had it figured out but now I get NA on certain numbers I am posting my workbook and look at the formula I have in H column. What I am trying to do is look up whatis in column E and return the result of what is associated which is in the other sheet I have. but I want it to look in G it it is 3 look in one table if for look in the other table. Then * the number in the F column. All this should be in Interstitial Cable tray and CU600V sheets don't pay attention to Horizontal Tray.
