Formula to validate cell values and highlight another cell based on results

Hi everyone,

I need a formula that will do this:

1. on sheet 1, validate that the prefix (column D) is listed in sheet 2, column 1
2. on sheet 1, validate that the suffix (column E) is listed in sheet 2, column 3
3. if either column D or E data on sheet 1 is not found in sheet 2, then column C value on sheet 1 is highlighted
