Formula required for Cost distribution over a period for current as well as future years

Hello All,
I am using Excel 2013

I have a budget sheet where the value needs to be distributed over the current year as well as the future years
I have attached a sample for explanation

I need a formula which should look for the value in Col which can be A or H

If A it should fill up the values using a formula under Columns J to M. Columns N to Q would be blank
If D it should fill up the values using a formula under Columns N to Q. Columns J to M would be blank

My objective to get proportional values depend on the current month and the balance remaining in that year

In the sample I have shown two different rows for Values A and D for explanation

I need a single formula which should change according to the Values A and D in Column H
