    Splitting Cell Data into New Columns

    Greetings All

    I have data in a single cell like this 4-12-24
    I want to split the data between each dash into 3 new cols so that it would just be :

    4 new col 12 new col 24 no dashes now.
    There may be as many as 3 digits before/after a dash.
    Example attached.
