Formula To Take Specific Data From A Cell And Put Data Into A List Below It

Evening ,

Im trying to get a formula to take specific postcode information from a string of information and then place it in a vertical list below so this can be used for a routing tool.
The postcodes are concurrent but show a parcel count between them like (6) showing the amount of parcels in a particular postcode
For the life of me i can not figure this out , if anybody can help that will be fantastic , i have put an image and also attached the workbook.

Could you please update your user profile with the version of Excel you are using? ‘New’ tells us nothing useful: is it Excel 2019 or Excel 365?
