Explain what you are trying to achieve and tell us the results you are expecting and where.
as i mentioned in attached sheet the results i want briefly, let me explain it further here. there r three products CPO, RBDPO & PFAD, I receive and deliver these products to different customers during the month. i actually want to summarize the quantity data of receiving and delivery month wise & party wise.
hope this helps ?
Which version of Excel wre you now using? Still 2010?
Yes i m using excel 2010 version
And do I understand that the subtotals appear in the main table and that you just want to extract these, or are the grey areas NOT meant to exist in the main data table?
these subtotal are part of the main data table but grey areas that is only summing up using simple sumif taking into account of only product condition.
and i want other main summary data will be month wise including conditions of ( Product wise + Customer wise + Month wise )
i want to create Main short summary data with these three conditions ( ( Product wise + Customer wise + Month wise ) with formulae linked with main data table along with subtotal.
I am currently in office, sorry for any delay in reply.
Thanks for ur precious time. i want to speed up my work
Shouldn't cells C37:C39 contain 01/07/2019, instead of August?
Would it be correct to assume that you will add new data at the bottom of cells A to K, from row 32 onwards? If so, would it be better to put your summary table on the right, say in column N, or on a new sheet?
Hope this helps.
Pete
oh yes it should contain 01-07-2019 instead of 01-08-2019, This represents July-2019 in short summary, my mistake, in creating sample data, i did this my mistake

i will create new summary sheet and link it with main data table sheet and yes new data will be entered at the bottom of cells A to K from row 32 onwards
data table will cover whole year & short summary sheet will be different linked with main data table
so for sure, there will be new data entered from row 32 onwards.
Okay, see attached file.
I've simplified your data layout by putting your intermediate (test) tables on the right-hand side (just so you can check the results more easily - they are not required long-term), and closing the data up. There is no need to have blank rows between each set of data, but I have retained these for you.
I have set up a new sheet called Summary, which has this formula in cell E3:
=SUMPRODUCT('Recieved & Delivery'!E$4:E$500,('Recieved & Delivery'!$B$4:$B$500=$B3)*(TEXT('Recieved & Delivery'!$D$4:$D$500,"mmm-yy")=$D3))
This can be copied across and down to suit your layout. I have arranged blank rows between each month's summary, so to cater for new data being added you can just copy the 3 rows of each summary table (e.g. rows 7, 8 and 9) into the next available slot (I've done this to row 11). Then you just need to change the date in the yellow-coloured cell to suit the next month.
Hope this helps.

Pete_UK, Thank u so much, it is working great but it is missing the third condition that is customer/party name. in this case they are
1. Recieved PM 2. Recieved MH 3. Delivery PM & 4.Delivery MH in summary sheet which should also be linked with the main data table within the range E3 to J3 via in ur given formuale. i tried myself to do it but getting value# error. could u plz assist me to incorporate the third condition.
Note: more party name could also be added in this range of E3 to J3
I'm not sure what you mean, as those occur in columns E/F and I/J of the Summary sheet.
If you want a different layout then please submit a new attachment.
Hope this helps.
