Lookup column H and column I, H4 1st, I4 2nd, H5 1st, I5 2nd so on till rows 25

I'm looking a formula lookup column H4:H25 and column I4:I25 on to I30:i73
This result i'm looking for like this (Lookup column H and column I, H4 1st, I4 2nd, H5 1st, I5 2nd so on till rows 25)

Please see the sample file as I highlight it in yellow and green and explain for you to see it what result i'm looking for?

Thank you for reply?
It seem to work only was column H30:H73 put in word 1st & 2nd with formula LEFT(H30,1))?
Is there other formula will work without word 1st & 2nd?
Just looking for lookup to Column H4:H25 & Column I4:I25 without using LEFT(H30,1) with word 1st & 2nd?
