Help with Sumproduct

Can you please help with the attached for me.

I have downloaded the CRM spreadsheet but, when using even the default you send through, if I make Opportunity Tracker F4 (Business Name) the same as Communication Log B6 (Company) the email activity from the Communication Log does not carry through to the Opportunity Tracker tab.

Opportunity formula: =SUMPRODUCT('Communication Log'!E$5:E$7=1,'Communication Log'!B$5:B$7=F4)

The Communication log does have 1 in F4 representing an email.

Can you please test the sheet and advise what the formula should read?

maybe just tweak the formula to this... =SUMPRODUCT(('Communication Log'!E$5:E$7=1)*('Communication Log'!B$5:B$7=F4))
not sure what results you expect but that will return 1 in O4.

Same changes for P4 and Q4.

By the way, you should change the post title to something more appropriate to what your problem is (forum rule #1). Think in terms of using search. Nobody would see this post if they had a similar problem by simply searching on I am so lost.

maybe something like having trouble getting sumproduct to work?
