Linking cells together?

I am trying to link value movements that are being output from another worksheet.
If I have an entry in A1 and an entry below in B1, if the entry in A1 moves to the right, so does B1. Or moves to the left or is deleted etc.

The overall goal is if a new column heading is added from the vlookup function all the entries below will be blank and all other entries will move across (staying under their respective headings).
