Formula to show the latest revisions of a certain document

    Hi Guys,

Need a big help for formula to show the latest revision.

AA001 (A3) - Latest revison from J3 to T3 is Rev 0. So the latest revision details will show in B3 to G3
AA002 (A4) - Latest revison from J3 to T3 is Rev 1. So the latest revision will show in B3 to G3

    Please refer to attached screenshot.

    Thank you so much.

Attach the workbook, not a picture of it, please.

A sample wokbook is preferred, but in this instance there is just about enough in the picture to work with.

I've assumed that all Rev #'s will have an equal number of columns, (based on the heading, column T appears to be the start of Rev #2?) and that there will be no data to the right of the last valid Rev #.

    In B3 and fill down
    Formula: copy to clipboard

In C3, fill right and down

The 9 in the formulas refer to the number of columns to the left of Rev #0.
The 5 refers to the number of columns for each Rev #.

Columns C and F will probably need to be re-formatted as date.
