Excel 19 Mac - Lookup images with define name

Hi,

I'm having this problem with showing the given image fully instead only partly. (See picture belowe)

Based on the name in D1, the below image change accordingly by using the formula: =INDEX(Sheet1!$B$1:$B$3;MATCH(Sheet1!$D$1;Sheet1!$A$1:$A$3;0))

As you can see only the left top corner is taken with the "Define name" formula, although the original picture is perfectly centered within the cell.

Any tips how I can solve this?

I'm working with Excel 2019 on Mac, no google sheets.

I tried the 3 steps you mentioned before, but still the same error occur. I also tried with Excel 2016 but still nothing.
If it were the MAC, how can I fix this?

If trying to resize, crop, don't let the picture format with the cells didn't work, I have no idea what could.
It's hard to try to fix this if I don't have a MAC.
