Percentage of sales

I have a spreadsheet and would like to do the following formulas

1. Under the sales cut I need a formula that calculates if I put yes (under private sale) then the sale amount is calculated by 50% and if I put no then the sale amount is calculated by 65%

2. Then under the House cut if I put yes (under private sale) then the sale amount is calculated by 50% and if I put no then the sale amount is calculated by 35%

3. Then under Staff cut it is 25% of the house cut

Sale Amount Private Sale Sales cut House Cut Staff Cut
NUMBER Yes/No 65% or 50% if private sale of sale Amount 35% or 50% if Private Sale of Sale Amount 25% of the Auction cut
