Formula to Only Add when Date in Range

Keep hitting a wall on this one

The goal is for the Daily Run Rate in O2 (1.25) to be added to the Running GA Target in Column L only if the Date in Column D is NOT within the Listed Dates on the Details Tab (between B18:B81)

Have been able to get a formula to work, yet, it only works once and another forumla I receive an error on

The first formula that works is this one in [Cell N5], however, once we get to the second date it does not work
The second formula feels like the better one, however, only ever returns the error "Error: Did not find value '43570' in MATCH evaluation" the formula is [Cell N7]

My other thought is to create an Open / Closed status in Column C, not sure on the best way to do that

I am a little confused

You say you want to add 1.25 to rows with dates NOT matching in Details, yet the very 1st match there is (L8) you ADD 1.25?

I used this in P2, copied down...
=P1+IF(ISERROR(MATCH(D2,Details!$B$18:$B$80,0)),$O$2,0)
