How to retrieve data from cell when target cell raw/line needs to be combined.

Hi guys,
I need to retrieve the data from a cell, for example the below formula will retrieve the data in cell A2 in Data Base sheet.
='Data Base'!A2

How can I retrieve the data when the row number is created by a separate Match formula?
The Match formula retrieves the row number, I need to use it to complete the ='Data Base'!C{row number from Match formula needed here}
