Calculate elapsed working days - Holiday issue

I would need your support to calculate the elapsed working days in a month. Here is the formula that I use now:

. Unfortunately today this is return to 1 instead of 0 (1st May is considered as holiday).

Do you have any idea how to solve this issue? I attached a sample file also.

=NETWORKDAYS(EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)+1,TODAY()-1,Holidays)
