Hello everyone,
I am trying to create a formula that will calculate the number of years someone is entitled to for redundancy based on Age and Length of Service.
The data I need to use is on one excel tab and the index table is on another excel tab, both within the same excel sheet. I have attached an example of my sheet if anyone can help.
The data that is needed to look up in the table is: age (column F) and length of service (column J) and I need the result to be returned in column K.
Any help would be much appreciated.
