Hello, I am using MS Office 365

To create a link to another spreadsheet in the same workbook,
  • Right mouse click a cell
  • Select Link
  • On the left, select "Place in This Document", update the "Text to display, enter the cell reference, and select the spreadsheet in "place in this document"

This link works.
Problem is if I insert a line above the target cell in the spreadsheet that I want to link to, the cell that has the link still points to the original target cell location.

For example:
In Sheet2, create a link to jump to Sheet1 cell B3 using the procedure listed above
In Sheet1, insert a blank line above row 2 so B3 is now B4
If I click the link created in Sheet2, it will jump to Sheet1 cell B3

Is there a way to create/setup the link so the link is automatically updated if the target cell is moved?
Referring to the example above, I want the link to jump to Sheet1 cell B4 after a line is inserted
