    Transforming Data Set

    Hello everyone,

    I need some help transforming a data set into a specific way. I've attached the excel file and tab called "Data" is what the original data set looks like. I need to transform the data to look like tab "Result".

    Please notice that in "Data", SiteID and GPID eventually change. I think this job requires some index match match but I'm not 100% sure.

    Can someone help me out?
