Assign rows based on category and age

Hi All

I’m looking for help with my latest excel related problem!

I have a large data set which contains up to 100 different ‘types’ which need to be split into 3 areas. From here I need to allocate a set amount of the different areas to different people (Persons on the attached example).

To make matters even more complicated I also need to allocate the data out by oldest date received.

I have attached an example workbook with a small sample of data (made up), I have included a column showing what result I need.
