How do i add cells containing times when some have 00:00

how do i add the times in a range of cells when some contain 00:00
format of cells to sum is hh:mm
format of cell with answer [h]:mm

it worked on one sheet when i tried to apply to another it gave the wrong answer

Welcome to the nightmare of date & time manipulation

The attached is quick list formatted as you describe the results reflect chaos.
Look at the values 01:25 these were entered as 25:25.
Despite the apparent format Excel refers to them as date related times not periods of time.
I have in the past always been reduced to splitting days/hours/mins/secs and using formula for their addition/subtraction.
