conditional formatting, shortcut for highlighting cells

I have to highlight cells 5-22 in columns C,F,I and so on for 13 columns
Then the same for rows 28-45 for 13 columns
then the same for rows 51-68 for 13 columns
then the same for rows 74-91 for 13 columns
So I have to highlight 52 areas of cells and it is every third column.
I then have to repeat this 3 times.

I can do manually :-( but is there a shortcut for highlighing the areas I want to conditional format.

Perfect, that made light work of my requirements.
