Calcing percentage between two numbers

Hi everyone,

Potentially a very very derpy question this! But I'm baffled as to how I'd calc the following:

If the "high" is 0%, & the "low" is 100%, what's the % of x

i.e.

High: 2.72 (0%)
Low: 1.933333 (100%)
X: 2.22 (?%)

I think it should be easy; but I don't know how - maybe lack of coffee
