Was wondering if someone would like to assist me with a few hiccups I am running into while creating this project. The goal is to set up a template that I can share with friends to calculate their PDGA (Professional Disc Golf Association) Rating prior to upcoming updates.

The calculation is an average of rounds within a year with the most recent 25% of rounds being double weighted. The issues I am running into are running a weighted average without having to do a million calculations, and the data pulling smoothly from the web. when I try to pull the data from the web, the only arrow I can click on to select table is in the top left corner allowing me to select all, which then pulls in a bunch of unnecessary text.
