Formula help with index/match thanks!

I everyone there is an attachment to this post
basically im trying to..


Match Sheet 2 column F "Current Status" to Sheet 1 Row O1 to U1 based on Company/Investigation.

so.. Sheet2: Investigation #1 Current Status populates in Sheet 1 Investigation #1

Then

Sheet2: Investigation #2 Current Status populates in Sheet 1 Investigation #2

Based on Company A Company B etc

formula I have so far is (=INDEX('Sheet 2'!$F$2:$F$100,MATCH($A2,'Sheet 2'!$D$2:$D$100,0))) but I cant figure out the rest
