look up the value on the basis of given dates

hi everyone. i have a production file. it has two sheets. first is "production". and second is "track difference". in sheet "production" we records daily machine
production and in sheet "track difference" we checks difference between ideal production and actual. ideal production is in i column and actual production is in sheet "production". column c is weavers name column in sheet "production". i need weaver wise production difference detail in sheet "track difference.

for example:- a3 is loom no. 3 on date 31/1/2019. and opeartor is bittu. a4 on same date is machine no. 4 and operator is ankit-3. so i want these names in bj3 and bj4 and so on in sheet " track difference". so that i can find out which weaver is doing well or which need to be improved.

hoping to be get solved. thanks in advance.

    May be in bj3 :
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

    copy paste down.
In production sheet all data in same column. I have notice that, you maintain in two separate table. Kindly change accordingly.

NICE ATTEMPT. working a little bit, but not completely. all data is getting disappeared as i enter the formula in my original file. only weaver remains there in only one cell. it is showing nothing by doing drag & drop the formula. please see this. here is my file's link.

Try the following array entered modification of AVK's formula*:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

    *1. Select cell BM3,
    2. Paste the formula into the formula bar,
    3. Simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift and Enter keys,
    4. Double click the fill handle to copy down.
If this doesn't produce the desired output then I suggest that you manually add the desired output to the file so that we may attempt to replicate it using formulas/code.
