Calling list of values from another sheet

Dear Friends,
i have data on "ACC" sheet. i need to import all rows between B:E which has "X" on F column & "AA" on G column, by offset or index option to another sheet to A1.

You could do this easily with Power Query, as you should have it in your version of Excel. Can you attach a sample workbook?
