Conditional formatting for expiration dates that are 30, 60, 90 and over 90 days out.

I am trying to build a spread sheet that has multiple dates for medical readiness in my company. I have the current date that the individuals have completed their last exams. Everything will expire at 1 year out. I would like to show different colors for when each expiration date is over 90 days out, within 90 days, within 60 days, and within 30 days.

So for example the cell has the current date that the exam was completed 01/01/2019. The expiration of this exam will be 01/01/2020. So I would like to show when it is over 90 days it will be blue. Within 90 days it will be green. Amber within 60 days. And red within 30 days.

I have tried multiple ways with no luck. Please help, I have attached the sheet that I have currently with no formatting. Columns D-I are where the color changes will need to be.

Try these. With Applies to range set to =$D$3:$H$23

Then for each condition use Use a formula to determine which cells to format and apply these formulas.

    Blue:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Green:

Thank you that was exactly what I wanted. I did not try the EDATE function before, pretty sure that is why it was not working properly. Again thank you very much you just made my tracking so much easier!
