If/AND formula help

HI All,

I am stuck in an IF/And formula I am not able to figure out how to get the outcome i want any help appreciated.

In Column "P" is the out come of Either a productive "count or No"

IN M anything Completed or Cancelled/Disabled should be take as a count this is what I have currently done however I need a bit more addition and I cannot figure a way for it.

Adding to the above in Column K anything in "T5", "II" should also render as a "Count" and Any "T7" should only be count if the customer in Column H is a priority client

Can this be done \

COmpleted or cancelled/ disabled to be a count
T5,II - To be a count
T7 to be count only if Customer is priority one.
