Current Spreadsheet will only allow insertion of one (1) column before generating error

My current work spreadsheet is generating the attached error when I attempt to insert 2 columns. First column goes in fine. As soon as I try to insert another, I get the error. Spreadsheet (modified to remove sensitive material) also attached. Ultimately trying to get 2 new columns established, one before column L and one after column M.

Any help appreciated. Willing to provide more specific detail if necessary.

Select all columns from AA to XFD > rightclick > Delete > save.
You should then be able to add the extra columns
