I need to somehow identify all the times in a range of cells that are between 7pm and 7am. Conditional formatting using Not between 07:00 and 18:59 doesn't work. I think it is because it doesn't recognize the values as time even though I have set the formatting to time in several different ways. I need to somehow identify only the ones between 19:00 and 07:00 and am open to any ideas!
