Nested IF, AND, ISNA, VLOOKUP

Good Morning, I have been struggling to come up with a way to do what I need to do.

I have a Sheet A that I am trying to run an IF statement, where IF sheet A/Column A matches the Vlookup on Sheet B/Column A, AND Sheet A/Column B="Yes", my result is either YES or NO (Where N/A is also going to Equal NO).

I have tried multiple iterations of the nesting, but can't get it to work.

=IF(AND(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A1,'sheetB!A:A,1,FALSE)"NO"),B1="Yes"),"YES","NO")

Anyone have any ideas for how to make this work?
