    Get result as "1"or "0" B2>="23:00:00",B2<="02:00:00"

    Hi,

    Get me out for critical situation i have attached sheet for Eg.

    if the time get as B2>="23:00:00",B2<="02:00:00" true than return "1" and get false get "0"
