I have two worksheets.
First worksheet has the contract numbers. One column with 100 rows.
Use the contract numbers from first worksheet and look for a match in second worksheet. Second worksheet has five columns and about 800 records. I can use vlookup to find the matching contract numbers from first to second worksheet.
Once I find the match, then I need to pull the value from the 3rd column of the second worksheet with the matching contract number.
How do you do that?

the range would be the a thru z columns in the second sheet that I have named "Full info"
the field is 3 because you requested the third field
0 means find an exact match
I added the basic error handling function to flag out those contracts (if any) that are not in the Full Info tab.Please Login or Register to view this content.
