Static data moving when a sheet is refreshed

    Hi,

I hope i have the correct forum to post this issue.

I currently have a workbook with 2 sheets. Sheet 1 is a simple vlookup. I enter a part number into the top box and some notes and a stock location are returned. The data required for this to work is in sheet 2. Sheet 2 is populated from our MRP system and needs to be refreshed daily. This is done manually.

The problem i am having is that only 4 of the 5 columns on sheet 2 get refreshed. Column 5 is static and gets updated manually.

I need the data in column 5 to stay with the data it was originally with according to the row.

For example, if row 2 is part number 100, and i refresh the data and part number 99 gets pulled in, it will be placed in row 2 and shift everything else down, but column 5 doesnt move with it.

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

I have attached the workbook, but because of the security of the data source, the version i am attaching does not have the refresh available.
