=IF(AND([@Exercise]="Hill Sprints",N([@[Distance (Km)]])<>0),DEGREES(ATAN([@[Elevation (Km)]]/[@[Distance (Km)]])),"")

?

N() gives the number representation of the cell. It returns zero for blank cells.
