MIN formula return lowest. Need 2nd lowest.

Hello Excel Formula Guru's:

This formula return the lowest of numbers in a row.

Now; need for it to select the 2nd lowest, rather than lowest. If there is not a 2nd lowest, leave as is.

If I were to use the SMALL function instead of MIN, where would I place a "2" in this formula, or a "plus 1"?

(TG$3 is a column heading. . .)

Thanks for any ideas for this. Might be a simple change. . .?

Thank you maras_mak. The suggested formula produces a #NUM error.

I entered as array, and non array. . .enabled iterative calculation in options, still produces the error.

Any plan B out there?

My Excel does not generate an error (entered as array formula).
Without an attachment, it is difficult to make a proper diagnosis.

I got your formula to retrieve the proper value where there IS a 2nd lowest (many thanks , but if there is not a 2nd lowest, I'd want to keep the existing value. (See original post.)
