Address function to create a range

Hello, I am new to the group and excel formula and VBA. I have a template I am using to create a dynamic drill down. The template uses the drill down to create a graph (using only 2 columns of data). I would like to create a table (based on the drill down filters) instead of a graph using 3 columns of data. I need help using address function to create a range. The formula I THINK I need to change is in attached> xlsx Pivot tab> columns S&T. I have also attached a PDF with what I want and what I have. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
