My problem SEEMS simple but it's hard to put in a Google Search. I have 5 columns.

First column - YES/NO toggle with conditional formatting to turn the cell green if YES and blue if NO. This works flawlessly.
2nd\
3rd \
--> Each cell has a calculation formula for the data that works and I can repeat this formula. I need all 4 of these columns/rows/cells to look at the first column for YES/NO and highlight them all if they're "YES"
4th /
5th/

Using this formula in the conditional formatting: ( =$K$8="YES" ) - the problem I'm experiencing is that instead of highlighting JUST THAT ROW THAT SAYS YES, it's highlighting the entire columns.

I can MANUALLY enter the conditional formatting by updating the row number from K9, K10, K11, etc.
