Need help on rotation and place it same position.
Ex:
ABC
BAC
AB
BA
CC
I want to create for 20X20 array but in that input may be 4X4, 6X6 etc.
In above A- will have same position.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I want to do it in excel formula. I want to it for 20X20 array, even though it should work for 4x4 or 6x6 etc as shown in picture
You can't do it it situ with a formula; a cell can't contain both a formula and a literal value.
Suppose you have a range with data X1:Z4
Rota 90 degrees
