You have not entered the formulae correctly. Each one needs entering by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
Once this is done for all the formulae, you can drag copy them down.

I could be misunderstanding what you are trying to do, but it looked to me like these should be array functions rather than regular functions. I went through row3, pressed F2 (to enter edit mode), and reconfirmed the functions with ctrl-shift-enter. Also, I noticed that the formulas in column A were using a couple of relative references where the other columns were using absolute references, so I changed those to absolute references. With those two changes, I could copy row 3 down to row 9 and the result looked just like your "result should be" table below. Is it as simple as changing these to array functions?
