Formula to alphabetize names not working

I have a workbook that I would like to alphabetize names using one formula. My current formula leaves out the first ranked name, but includes everyone else. Any assistance would be great!

Current formula in column B:

{=IFERROR(INDEX($A$3:$A$52,MATCH(0,COUNTIF($A$3:$A$52,"<="&$A$3:$A$52)-SUM(COUNTIF($A$3:$A$52,B$2:B2)),0)),"")}
