Yes, I can see that, but how do YOU decide if a payment should be made?

Presumably if today is past the end date there will be no payment, or if we haven't started the duration by today then there will also be no payment. If it is monthly AND within the duration, then there should be a payment. If it is Yearly and today is in the last month of the duration, there should be a payment. If it is quarterly an today's month is a 3-month increment from the start date then there will be a payment …

That is the kind of thing I am wanting from you, and it should cover all possibilities.
